http://www.ecoloblue.com/ecoloblue.html
A company that makes a dehumidifier that purifies the water for drinking. Units that produce from 28 liters up to 5000 liters of drinking water a day. Uses relatively little electricity and could be powered by solar for a completely stand alone unit if desired.

That's great that you found this company! I posted on this forum awhile ago about the Vapair (see link below to that thread), which does essentially the same thing as the EcoloBlue, but the Vapair company went belly-up, apparently, so I'm glad to see another company filling the vacuum and offering another machine like this.
I think that with this machine, the Berkeley Water Filters and the Airwells, all drinking water needs could be taken care of for an entire family without having to dig a well or be connected to city water pipes. These technologies allow us to completely cut the ties to Babylon's control of the drinking water supply. Excellent research, pallasathena!

That is really neat! Now can this unit be hooked up to the house to feed water to all the faucets? I just did a quick read of the website and it seems to mostly talk about drinking water. Anyway, great product!

It would not be difficult to hook this unit up to faucets, a pump and pressure tank would be all that is needed. Have this unit feed into a large tank and hook the pump into it and then tie it into your house plumbing and you would be off and running.
An example of a pump/tank set up that would work: http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/s....30143_200330143 /url]
