The above link will take you to the official web site of the DISC corporation, which is the company attempting to produce a working model of John Searl's Searl Effect Generator (SEG) and the Inverted Gravity Vehicle (IGV). They are financially strapped and Searl is getting old now, so hopefully they complete their prototype before he passes away, but John Thomas, the CEO of the corporation has been learning everything from Searl for years now, so perhaps the knowledge has been passed on.
At any rate, Searl produces manuals which explain "The Law of the Squares" which is the principle upon which his device works. They are not cheap, $50 USD each, and there are a lot of them, but apparently they explain the logic behind the magic. (This company uses their manual sales to fund their operations since they can't get funding from any major source.)
The SEG produces as much electricity as is needed. The greater the load that is placed upon it, the more it produces, seemingly without limit. It is a disc with tracks into which rolling neodymium magnets are placed and these start rolling around at higher and higher speeds, according to the load placed upon the device.
If too much load is placed upon it, the SEG goes superconductive and lifts off the ground, hence the antigravity effect. The device creates its own inertia-dampening field around it as it flies and Searl now knows how to control it in flight.
These devices are apparently quite difficult to make because of the precise specs that each piece needs to be machined to, but with proper funding, mass production can easily be achieved. Of course, it would put all the energy and transportation companies out of business, so the GR's won't have it. Nevertheless, the manuals are available to learn the technology and apply it, perhaps even to improve upon it.
It is my belief that LDS engineers, under the guidance of the Spirit, can incorporate the Law of the Squares as explained in Searl's manuals with the Inertialess Drive Rotor to produce a device easier and quicker and cheaper to build than what Searl is doing. I will post a thread about the Inertialess Drive Rotor. Both the SEG and the IGV are the ideal devices to supply energy and transportation needs, in my opinion.
